Flatlock Cladding
The Flat-lock system offers a versatile wall cladding solution and lives up to its name by being the flattest cladding system available. This system offers more flexibility with the ability to curve, and often used when slim walls are required.
Flatlock Cladding
The flatlock panels lock together creating a flush facade and can be installed vertically, horizontally or diagonally.
Concealed fasteners are used to fix the panels directly into plywood substrate using sliding clips.
Installing in reverse and called ‘Reversed Flatlock’ is another way to provide an aesthetically pleasing look by creating deeper express lines.
Cladding Dimensions
Flexible panel sizes 140 mm to 540 mm / Up to 4000 mm long.
Recessed Flatlock can be nominated for larger express joins / custom sizes available on request
